Nice boots wrong size & I didn’t order steel toe
The wrong size is on me but the steel toe I didn’t want. I’m a long haul trucker & only get home every 6-8 weeks sometimes longer. I’ve reached out to this co expressing I need to exchange them & I had no issues paying shipping. Well it don’t take long to hit 60 days & now they will not do an exchange at my expense & the boots haven’t been touched & tags are in place & box is new looking no wear on anything just as they were mailed to me. It’s sad when a customer is done this way & im not looking for any free anything just to swap out for the right size & non steel toe. Customer service needs an overhaul I guess. So anyone looking for a new pair of size 13 steel toe boots I’ll cut u in on a great deal. Yet I get a 15% off coupon for my next order. Pfff y not exchange my boots in stead plz.
